Assisting Government programs and initiatives by working on bid processes and lead technical consulting to define the solution & system architecture. Always promoting standard solution and reuse. Leading also technical answer for the proposed solutions, Proof Of Concept and Demo if necessary. Coordinating the technical partners and define their technical scope of work . Besides defining the Project Cost as an input to the global P&L (Profit and Loss statement). Build the Solution Bricks and cost them as accurately as possible. In a nutshell my job is to understand the customers requirements technically, commercially and in some cases politically.

Acting on the root cause for most incidents as well as applying satisfaction survey to our internal customers. Responsible for managing automation partners, following-up on delayed jobs, meeting on a monthly basis, functional escalation for emergency and critical cases providing best quality of services in order to focus on controlling the stock and all devices outside the company during maintenance processes.
Job duties & Responsibilities: Network and computer monitoring with Nagios under Linux OS (operating system), leading new projects, computer and digital biometrics repairing, also printers, scanners and notebook maintenance, cloning computer with Ghost software from Symantec, installing OS as well as company developed applications, managing Lotus Notes, nowadays called IBM Notes. Responsible for anti-virus updating on servers and local users including internal and external customers. Training on quality policy, furthermore participating and cooperating with the auditing applied by Fundação Vanzolini (ISO-9000).
